Spring is here so get out get fit and meet new people by joining our New Health Walk Rushden! The walk takes place every Friday morning 10 am from Rushden Hall.
The route will trail in and around Hall Park and last 30-60 minutes.
Afterwards there will be half an hour of social time at Rushden Hall.
