Wedding Open Day
Delapré Abbey will be hosting a wedding open day on the 5th of November from 11am to 1pm. Come along to see the Abbey dressed as it could be for your wedding and chat to our events team about your big day.
Free entry and no pre-booking necessary.
All prospective brides and grooms welcome.
Saturday 2 December 2017 - 10am-4pm
We'll be running a Christmas wreath-making workshop at Delapré Abbey on Sunday 2 December. So if you'd like to make your own wreath using locally sourced material, please join us!
Pre-book only. 10-12 participants per session.
Session 1: 1pm-2:30pm
Session 2: 2:30pm-4pm
Coppicing will take place from 10am-12pm and is free to take get involved in. Please say on booking if you wish to take part in the coppicing before the wreath-making.
Workshop cost is £10 including a mince pie and a cup of tea/coffee.

The dramatic story of Queen Eleanor of Castile, memoralised by her husband Edward I in the 12 Eleanor Crosses which stretched from Lincoln to London.Renown storytellers Sue Macmillan and Hannah McDowall have created an enthralling show for all to enjoy - no need to know any history - its a dramatic, touching and playful true tale of our local heritage.
At Delapré Abbey for one night only - the performance will be taking place in the Bouverie Dining Room with refreshments available beforehand and during the interval in the Conservatory Cafe.
Suitable for Adult Audience - 14+
